Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced people to make a positive impact on our clients. As an Entry Level client service representative, you will support our call center with inbound calls helping our customers navigate complex plans. To prepare for this role, Longtin Agency provides paid, comprehensive training that equips our CSRs with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser.
- Use effective listening skills to collect required information or to identify potential problems.
- Dispatching orders and relaying messages and special instructions.
- Escalate calls as needed and required.
- Develop relationships with customers; utilize relationships to influence others and gain willing cooperation.
- Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures.
- Complete basic call logs related to the phone inquiries
- Assuring scheduled trips are complete and checked for accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED

- 2 years customer service experience required
- Ability to work as a member of a team
