  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • Must be willing and able to be trained and operate Order Picker (OP)/Tugger/Fork Lift/Reach Truck as needed
Key Job Elements:
KRB7 is launching a new AWD process on the West coast called MCD (Multi Channel Distribution). This is one of two sites in the SDC (Storage Distribution Center) network that will operate MCD. This will be an outbound process where we will ship customer orders to other third party sites. It is another way Amazon is innovating and providing customer services without directly placing inventory in our network. Here are the responsibilities for this role:

  • Oversee the use of world-ship process and validate correct addresses for shipping inventory for customer orders
  • Manage trouble tickets for the site pertaining to multi channel distribution
  • Support and work in the department as required
  • Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers
  • Providing vacation coverage for Area Managers
  • Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
  • Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours
  • Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance
  • Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
  • Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
  • Filling in as needed with production duties
  • Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals
  • Reviewing and updating SOP as required
  • Assisting in keeping work area clean and organized
  • Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
  • Coaching associates to work safely at all times
  • Participating in safety initiatives
  • Referring all job injuries immediately to area manager

  • Experience in communicating on Slack, Chime, and Email for 1+ years
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Able to balance multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • 1+ years experience in problem solving
  • 1+ years experience with world-ship program

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $54,600/year in our highest geographic market.
