- Get Voice of Customer's and improve communication and good relations with customers
- Coordinating the implementation of Customer Focus & Costumer Events
- Become a role model & change agent in branches related to the service mindset and implement Aqucare
- Support and follow up on the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Customer Loyalty Index (CLI)

- Experienced at least 1 year in areas that directly interact with customer
- Able to analyze customer satisfaction
