- Shaping the future: Give support to the production area to keep machinery available according to OEE levels defined by the development policy and the business plan in order to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance on existing machines.
- Create a collaborative environment: Analyze and execute problem solving strategies for machinery failures in the production area in order to reduce downtime.
- Create something new: Plan and coordinate weekly preventive maintenance orders with the support of the system.
- Take responsibility: Develop and execute continuous improvement processes in the maintenance of production machines in order to integrate new technologies to existing equipment.
- Think Holistically: Develop together in Maintenance for the new plant
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Work History: several years of relevant professional experience preferably in maintenance productive maintenance , Problem Solving and Machinery Safety
- Experience and Knowledge: SAP, Systems Oriented Maintenance of machinery, PLC’s, Six sigma,ISO-TS 16949
- Languages: English advanced.
- Personality: target oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open minded to work in an international team
