Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Creativity Manager to join our team. As a Creativity Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of imaginative ideas and solutions and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of creative processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement creative strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives and drive innovation across various channels, including advertising, marketing campaigns, product development, and branding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines, ensuring the delivery of creative solutions that align with the brand and target audience.
  • Drive brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment where team members can freely contribute their creative input.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, marketing, and creative fields, and incorporate relevant innovations into projects to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines, target audience preferences, and project objectives.
  • Review and provide feedback on creative deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements, while inspiring and challenging the team to continuously improve their work.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies and freelancers when necessary, managing relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and on-time creative outputs.
  • Develop and manage creative budgets, allocating resources efficiently and effectively to meet project needs.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of creative initiatives, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize creative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven 4-5 years work experience as a Creativity Manager, Creative Director, or a similar role in a creative or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, design principles, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of current design and marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • A portfolio of previous creative projects that demonstrate exceptional design and innovative thinking.
