Job Overview:
The ECD Contract Coordinator is responsible for the processing of all ECD contracts and provides administrative support to the ECD Legal division. This position requires strong communication skills, an attention to detail, an ability to work with various stakeholders, and a positive team orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare contracts as followed by the State of Tennessee Office of Contract review guidelines.
- Ownership of contracts and ensuring all necessary information is correct as well as document tracking and meeting all required deadlines.
- Provide periodic contract status reports to program staff.
- Assists ECD Title VI Coordinator as needed.
- Compile contract information from ECD for the Tennessee Comptroller's Office when requested.
- Handle administration matter for ECD Legal division.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 3 - 5 years of work experience in a professional setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highly organized and highly detailed oriented.
- Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with different administrators.
- Outstanding time management and prioritizing skills.
