Eurofins Genomics is currently looking for a (m/w) Inside Sales Specialist to initiate and optimize the market position in Austria , CEE , training in Vienna , Permanent job as Home Office .
Open position from 1st July 2023.
- Present a portfolio of services and products of Eurofins Genomics
- Provide excellent customer service with customers
- Create the service agreements for customers
- Manage the international Leads offering products and services
- Home office based work after On boarding Training, Hybrid / Vienna Office
- The Inside Sales Specialist is reporting to the Managing Director for Austria and CEE
- Create the offers to customers
- Create new customers in the system
- Manage the complains and support the Area Sales Managers
- Handle the direct customer support and organize shipments.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Natural Sciences (e.g. biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry related sciences )
- Customer Care experience in the field of biotechnology would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills, E tools implementation
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and pro-activity
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Fluency in written and spoken in English /German will be advantage /
- Self – organized, friendly and open minded , stress resistant and flexible
