Jackson-MacNichol dedicates its practice to fighting for benefits for American veterans. The firm currently employs over 70 people, most working remotely throughout the US. This position can be remote, Monday through Friday 8:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
The HR Coordinator's responsibilities include: assistance with staff hiring, screening and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding and processing of all staff benefits. Set training schedules, 90 day review follow up and annual reviews. Audit and prepare weekly reports of staff productivity and attorney time. Initial contact for all staff regarding complaints, accommodations and conflict resolution. You will also assist with the Mail Department schedule and coverage. Law firm experience is a plus, but not required.
