Sales Manager [United Arab Emirates]


 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in the mobile and accessories industry in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the local market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for mobile and accessories products in the UAE.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to drive business growth and secure long-term partnerships.

3. Identify and explore new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative sales approaches and product offerings.

4. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success.

5. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and marketing materials to support sales activities.

7. Conduct regular sales meetings, provide sales forecasts, and report on sales performance to the senior management team.

8. Stay updated with the latest industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers and team members.

9. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing terms with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile and accessories industry in the UAE market.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

-Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-In-depth knowledge of the mobile and accessories market in the UAE, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.

-Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.

-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

-Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

-Valid UAE driving license.

-English and Arabic Speaker
