Principal accountabilities
- Work mainly with the CS for product documentation
- Conceptualize user's need for technical documentation and learning platform i.e. operation manual, end-user handbook, work instructions, FAQs, technical support documentation, etc.
- Create and maintain clear, correct, concise, comprehensible and consistent content for audiences that are not mainly technical (blog, knowledgebase articles, press releases, and page content) for consumption of the software’s users
- Write thought leadership content such as original articles, blog entries, product updates, and knowledgebase content that meet or exceed daily quota and the company’s high quality standards.
- Proofread and edit own work to ensure near 100% quality and accuracy
- Ensure high searchability in knowledgebase
- Provide creative inputs on ways to improve build and develop the knowledgebase and learning platform
- Assist the CS and/or marketing in providing multimedia (such as screenshots, video recordings of platform, basic diagrams, etc)
- Submit deliverables on time
Requirements
- With at least one (1) year experience in technical writing
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or IT
- Experience with SaaS platforms preferred but not required
- Project Management or Construction Management experience is a big plus
- Familiarity with no-code platforms is nice to have
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Has the ability to work on different projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiar with best SEO practices to ensure searchability with knowledgebase
- 100% remote work
- Ability to work independently and with different teams
- Must be able to immediately respond to or acknowledge emails or messages during designated work hours
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
