Objective
We are seeking an energetic Office Assistant for the front desk reception area of our headquarters office.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival at reception area, direct guests to the appropriate person in the office
2. Answer and transfer multiple telephone calls to internal offices; respond to general inquiries
3. Administrative support through data entry using online database, generate weekly report, e-file to cloud system
4. Clerical tasks including scan documents, photocopy, email correspondence, and other office duties assigned
5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails and deliveries to recipients in the office
6. Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable for the company’s professional image
7. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of coffee machine
8. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications
1) Bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English
2) Minimum 1 year of office assistant or customer service is preferred
3) Skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
4) Attention to detail, good organizational skill, professional phone etiquette
5) Positive learning attitude, friendly demeanor, polite manner
