High End Plastic Surgery Practice in Beverly Hills Request’s Response from Medical Assistant’s.

Previous experience must be in the field of Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, or Aesthetic Fields.

We are looking for an out-going, friendly individual who is very well organized, learns quickly and is a team player. Applicant should have excellent telephone skills, be bright, willing to take on responsibility, reliable, creative, self- motivated, hard- working and willing to learn new things. Excellent English language skills are a must.

This position requires a professional/stylish appearance at all times. We are looking for a candidate that is warm and nurturing towards patients along with a willingness to go above and beyond for them.

We are looking for a strong salesperson with a cheerful/social personality and positive attitude.

Job Position Entails:

  • Looking for it all!
  • Previous experience requested.
  • Full time 40-50 hrs/week, plus Saturdays on occasion.
  • Mature cosmetic surgery practice.
  • Request responses from those with "Previous" patient coordinator experience, sales, patient care, office manager, medical assistant.
  • Previous experience in the field of Plastic Surgery is preferred.
  • Prefer someone who is tech savvy. Will need to perform admin asst. duties as well: heavy phones, EMR, emails, patient care, etc.
  • Job position requires someone who is hard working, has a strong work ethic, is reliable, and knows customer service.
  • Social media is important, as you will be in charge of the Dr.'s S.M. You will also be expected to put together and design Newsletters to be sent out to our patients.
  • Good computer skills necessary.
  • Any marketing experience is a plus.

Medical experience required, as is a strong history in sales.
Pay range is dependent on experience, history in the work place, etc. Compensation and pay will be at top dollar plus bonuses, 401K, etc.
