We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Content for our Brand Stores, focused on delivering a best-in-class content strategy that educates and inspires customers of the Womanizer and We-Vibe brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of the website content strategy to ensure it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of content creators and editors, to ensure content is aligned with broader company initiatives and goals.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to plan and organize content creation and publication, in line with key traffic driving channels such as SEO, CRM, Social and onsite content promotion.
  • Embrace the potential of generative AI as an extension of your team's core competences, ensuring all content is high-quality, well-researched, and error-free, adhering to the website's tone and style guidelines.
  • Drive core on-page updates across editorial and transactional content through audits, gap analysis, and on-page improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices to ensure the website remains competitive and relevant

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Content leadership role.
  • Be comfortable with various tools including a mix of Google Analytics, Amplience, ChatGPT, Wordpress, Excel and Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills, to build positive internal and external relationships.
  • Be a positive, creative and passionate force in the organisation.
  • Be a technophile and early-adopter, embracing the potential of new technologies to increase efficiency, drive automation, and improve performance.
  • As this is a global role, excellent English is required.
